The Evergreen Vikings basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Fairview Apaches to 41 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Vikings now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Patrick Henry for a Northwest Ohio contest on Friday, January 13. Evergreen will battle a Patriots team coming off a 62-27 non-league win over McComb (McComb, OH). The Patriots record now stands at 8-0.

The Apaches (1-9) will now prepare for their contest against Antwerp (Antwerp, OH). The Archers enter the Green Meadows contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Antwerp triumphed over North Central (Pioneer, OH), 68-47, in a non-league contest.
