The Freeport Falcons basketball team scored 78 points and held the host Poland Knights to 69 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Falcons now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mt. Ararat for a A South contest on Tuesday, January 10. Freeport will meet a Eagles team coming off a 51-46 non-league loss to Medomak Valley (Waldoboro, ME). The Eagles record now stands at 4-4.

The Knights (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Fryeburg (Fryeburg, ME). The Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 4-4 record.
