The Trenton Central Tornadoes basketball team scored 71 points and held the host Hillside Comets to 50 in the Tornadoes non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Tornadoes now sport a 10-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Robbinsville for a Colonial Valley contest on Tuesday, January 10.

The Comets (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Summit (Summit, NJ). The Hilltoppers enter the Union County contest with a 5-2 record.
