New Mexico High School Basketball - Hope Christian can't hold off Rio Rancho

The Rio Rancho Rams basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Hope Christian Huskies to 49 in the Rams non-league victory on Saturday.

The Rams now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Roswell for a non-league contest on Friday, January 13.

The Huskies (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Grants (Grants, NM). The Pirates come into the non-league contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Grants was nudged by Sandia Prep (Albuquerque, NM), 72-49, in a non-league contest.
