The Rolling Meadows Mustangs basketball team (Rolling Meadows, IL), was nudged 62-60 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Joliet West Tigers (Joliet, IL)

The Tigers now possess a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oswego for a SouthWest Prairie battle on Tuesday, January 10. Joliet West will confront a Panthers team coming off a 85-63 league win over Plainfield Central (Plainfield, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 6-11.

The Mustangs (16-2) will now prepare for their battle against Schaumburg (Schaumburg, IL). The Saxons come into the non-league battle with a 7-10 record. In their last battle, Schaumburg edged Elgin Academy (Elgin, IL), 48-26, in a non-league battle.
