The Seneca Valley Raiders basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Kennedy Catholic to 36 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Raiders now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pine-Richland for a WPIAL 6A 1 contest on Tuesday, January 10. Seneca Valley will battle a Rams team coming off a 57-40 league loss to North Allegheny (Wexford, PA). The Rams record now stands at 2-9.

The (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Mercer (Mercer, PA). The Mustangs go into the non-league bout with a 6-3 record. In their last bout, Mercer topped Rocky Grove (Franklin, PA), 60-39, in a non-league bout.
