The Lakota Tech Tatanka tipped the visiting West Central Trojans basketball team by a final score of 51-49 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Tatanka face the Red Cloud Crusaders (Pine Ridge, SD) in a A Region 7 game, on Monday, January 9. Lakota Tech will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Crusaders enter the game with a 6-1 record after their 51-40 league win over St. Francis Indian (St. Francis, SD).
With the defeat, West Central moves to 1-5 on the year. The Trojans host Dakota Valley (North Sioux City, SD) to face the Panthers in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 10.
