Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the New Hampton School Huskies (New Hampton, NH) and the visiting Newman AAA Cardinals (Boston, MA), saw New Hampton School's basketball squad hold off Newman AAA by a tally of 76-72.
With the victory, New Hampton School improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Huskies host South Kent School (South Kent, CT) to confront the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 13. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
Next up, the Cardinals confront the Winchendon Wapiti (Winchendon, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 11. Newman AAA will attempt to improve on its 8-9 season record.
