The St. James Wildcats (St. James, LA) basketball felled the visiting Riverside Academy Rebels (Reserve, LA), 52-33 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Berwick (Berwick, LA). The Panthers go into the 3A District 8 test with a 1-5 record.
The Rebels now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 10. Riverside Academy will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Houma Christian (Houma, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-4.
