With the victory, St. Thomas Catholic upgrades its record to 15-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Concordia Lutheran (Tomball, TX) to play the Crusaders in a TAPPS 6A District 2 challenge on Friday, January 13. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a record of 16-5. Concordia Lutheran won 76-75 in their recent non-league challenge against Houston Christian (Houston, TX)

Next up, the Titans play the Central Valley Bears (Spokane Valley, WA) in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. University will attempt to upgrade on its 9-2 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 1-10 record after their 58-40 league win over Ridgeline (Liberty Lake, WA).
