In Saturday's non-league outing, the West Valley Eagles (Spokane, WA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Timberlake Tigers (Spirit Lake, ID), by a margin of 77-49.
The Eagles (9-1) will now prepare for their outing against Clarkston (Clarkston, WA). The Bantams go into the 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane outing with a 4-4 record. In their last outing, Clarkston was trounced by Lewiston (Lewiston, ID), 49-39, in a non-league outing.
The Tigers now own a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Lakeland for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 10. Timberlake will clash with a Hawks squad coming off a 57-51 league loss to Sandpoint (Sandpoint, ID). The Hawks record now stands at 2-8.
