The Southwest Christian Wildcats (Beaverton, OR) basketball nipped the host Crosshill Christian Eagles (Turner, OR), 54-49 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (10-3) will now prepare for their test against Open Door Christian Academy (Troutdale, OR). The Huskies go into the 1A Valley 10 test with a 3-3 record.
The Eagles now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they host Western Christian for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 10. Crosshill Christian will encounter a Pioneers squad coming off a 40-22 league win over Blanchet Catholic (Salem, OR). The Pioneers record now stands at 8-2.
