Eastside College Prep Panthers (East Palo Alto, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Summit Denali Grizzlies (Sunnyvale, CA), 2-0 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Eastside College Prep upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Panthers travel to Sacred Heart Prep (Atherton, CA) to play the Gators in a West Bay - Skyline bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Gators go into the bout with a record of 5-7. Sacred Heart Prep won 54-44 in their recent non-league bout against Pacific Grove (Pacific Grove, CA)

Next up, the Grizzlies play the Woodside Wildcats (Woodside, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Summit Denali will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 59-14 non-league win over Gunderson (San Jose, CA).
