In Saturday's non-league bout, the Haddam-Killingworth Cougars (Higganum, CT) basketball squad walloped the host Norwich RVT Warriors (Norwich, CT), by a count of 67-14.

With the win, Haddam-Killingworth upgrades its record to 1-5 on the season. The Cougars host Old Lyme (Old Lyme, CT) to play the Wildcats in a Shoreline bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 1-6. Old Lyme lost 59-30 in their recent league bout against Coginchaug Regional (Durham, CT)

Next up, the Warriors play the Fishers Island Vikings (Fishers Island, NY) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 9. Norwich RVT will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record.
