Alabama High School Basketball - Harris County overwhelms Valley

January 7, 2023: Valley, AL 36854

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Harris County Tigers (Hamilton, GA) and the host Valley Rams (Valley, AL), saw Harris County's basketball squad wallop Valley by a tally of 40-15.

With the victory, Harris County improves its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to McIntosh (Peachtree City, GA) to confront the Chiefs in a AAAAA Region 3 challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Chiefs come into the challenge with a record of 7-8. McIntosh won 40-39 in their recent league challenge against Northgate (Newnan, GA)

Next up, the Rams confront the Beauregard Hornets (Opelika, AL) in a 5A Area 7 challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Valley will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 46-28 non-league loss to Beulah (Valley, AL).
