In Saturday's non-league outing, the Henderson Warriors (West Chester, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Kennett Blue Demons (Kennett Square, PA), by a count of 58-34.
The Warriors (4-4) will now prepare for their outing against Avon Grove (West Grove, PA). The Red Devils go into the Ches-Mont - National outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, Avon Grove was crushed by Downingtown East (Exton, PA), 54-31, in a league outing.
The Blue Demons now hold a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Unionville for a Ches-Mont - American outing on Tuesday, January 10. Kennett will clash with a Longhorns squad coming off a 48-10 non-league win over Interboro (Prospect Park, PA). The Longhorns record now stands at 8-3.
