With the victory, Valencia improves its record to 11-6 on the campaign. The Vikings host Hart (Newhall, CA) to confront the Indians in a Foothill challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 17-2. Hart won 51-48 in their recent league challenge against Canyon (Canyon Country, CA)

Next up, the Trojans confront the Patriot Warriors (Jurupa Valley, CA) in a River Valley challenge, on Wednesday, January 11. Hillcrest will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 6-11 record after their 53-43 league win over Norte Vista (Riverside, CA).
