The Lutheran Cougars (St. Peters, MO) basketball knocked off the visiting Lutheran North Crusaders (St. Louis, MO), 58-38 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Cougars (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Helias (Jefferson City, MO). The Crusaders go into the non-league test with a 9-1 record. In their last test, Helias notched a victory over Owensville (Owensville, MO), 63-45, in a non-league test.
The Crusaders now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lutheran South for a Metro St. Louis test on Saturday, January 14. Lutheran North will encounter a Lancers squad coming off a 55-51 non-league win over Lindbergh (St. Louis, MO). The Lancers record now stands at 4-0.
