The Maple Lake Irish basketball team (Maple Lake, MN), was nudged 38-31 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Spectrum Sting (Elk River, MN)
The Sting now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Lutheran for a non-league battle on Monday, January 9.
The Irish (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Eden Valley-Watkins (Eden Valley, MN). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 6-4 record.
