In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Mt. Eden Monarchs basketball team scored a decisive 52-28 triumph over the Vallejo Red Hawks.
In their next game, the Monarchs meet the Tennyson Lancers (Hayward, CA) in a West Alameda County - Shoreline match, on Friday, January 13. Mt. Eden will attempt to better on its 5-8 season record.
