The North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland] Bearcats basketball team (Cando, ND), was toppled 40-21 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host North Border co-op [Walhalla/Pembina] Eagles (Walhalla, ND)
The Eagles now possess a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Park River for a non-league battle on Monday, January 9.
The Bearcats (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against St. John (St. John, ND). The Woodchucks come into the B Region 4 battle with a 8-2 record.
