The Artesia Bulldogs ran past the host Ruidoso Warriors basketball team by a final score of 38-30 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Chaparral Lobos (Chaparral, NM) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 10. Artesia will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Lobos enter the game with a 4-2 record after their 51-50 non-league loss to Goddard (Roswell, NM).

With the defeat, Ruidoso moves to 3-1 on the year. The Warriors host Alamogordo (Alamogordo, NM) to face the Tigers in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 10. The Tigers enter the game with a record of 0-3.
