In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Los Alamitos Griffins soccer squad scored a close 5-2 win over the Corona del Mar Sea Kings.
The Griffins (9-5) will now prepare for their battle against Troy (Fullerton, CA). The Warriors go into the non-league battle with a 4-2 record.
The Sea Kings (10-2) will now prepare for their battle against Laguna Beach (Laguna Beach, CA). The Breakers go into the Sunset Wave battle with a 4-7 record. In their last battle, Laguna Beach by Edison (Huntington Beach, CA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
