With the victory, Glenwood Springs betters its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Demons travel to Standley Lake (Westminster, CO) to confront the Gators in a 5A Central bout on Monday, January 9. The Gators go into the bout with a record of 7-2. Standley Lake won 7-1 in their recent league bout against Doherty (Colorado Springs, CO)

The Mustangs now have a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they host Pueblo County for a non-league bout on Friday, January 13.
