Knox Redskins (Knox, IN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Winamac Warriors (Winamac, IN), 58-49 in a league bout.

With the win, Knox upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Redskins travel to LaVille (Lakeville, IN) to clash with the Lancers in a bout on Thursday, January 12. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 0-1. LaVille lost 62-20 in their recent non-league bout against Tippecanoe Valley (Akron, IN)

Next up, the Warriors clash with the West Central Trojans (Francesville, IN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 27. Winamac will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
