In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Gulf Coast Sharks soccer squad scored a close 6-0 win over the Columbus Explorers.
The Sharks (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against Immokalee (Immokalee, FL). The Indians go into the non-league battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, Immokalee was overwhelmed by Naples (Naples, FL), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
The Explorers (8-4) will now prepare for their battle against Miami Beach (Miami Beach, FL). The Hi-Tides go into the non-league battle with a 10-2 record. In their last battle, Miami Beach nipped Wesley Chapel (Wesley Chapel, FL), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
