Louisiana High School Soccer - Ouachita Parish held off by Mandeville

In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Mandeville Skippers soccer squad scored a close 2-1 win over the Ouachita Parish Lions.

With the win, Mandeville moves its record to 16-2 on the campaign. The Skippers host Slidell (Slidell, LA) to battle the Tigers in a Division I District 4 bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 2-5. Slidell won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Pearl River (Pearl River, LA)

In their next game, the Lions battle the Tioga Indians (Tioga, LA) in a Division II District 2 bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Ouachita Parish will attempt to move on its 12-3 season record.
