The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Antelope Valley Antelopes (Lancaster, CA) and the host Lone Pine Golden Eagles (Lone Pine, CA), observed Antelope Valley's basketball team overcome Lone Pine by a margin of 60-47.
The Antelopes (7-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Palmdale Academy Charter School (Palmdale, CA). The Jaguars come into the non-league challenge with a 4-7 record.
In their next game, the Golden Eagles battle the Big Pine Warriors (Big Pine, CA) in a Hi-Lo challenge, on Wednesday, January 8. Lone Pine will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 77-26 league win over Trona (Trona, CA).
