The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Barnstable Red Hawks (Hyannis, MA) and the visiting Monomoy Sharks (Harwich, MA), observed Barnstable's basketball team knock off Monomoy by a score of 61-46.

The Red Hawks (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Cape Cod Academy (Osterville, MA). The Seahawks come into the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Cape Cod Academy prevailed over Sturgis West (Hyannis, MA), 75-38, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Sharks encounter the Bourne Canalmen (Bourne, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 11. Monomoy will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record.
