Michigan High School Basketball - Bellevue overwhelms Maple Valley

The Bellevue Broncos basketball team scored 76 points and limited the host Maple Valley Lions to 45 in the Broncos non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Broncos now have a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Colon for a Southern Central game on Thursday, January 9. Bellevue will confront a Magi team coming off a 72-27 non-league win over Calhoun Christian (Battle Creek, MI). The Magi record now stands at 6-2.
With the loss, Maple Valley falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Quincy (Quincy, MI) to confront the Orioles in a Big 8 game on Thursday, January 9. The Orioles go into the game with a record of 4-4. Quincy won 70-38 in their recent non-league game against Mendon (Mendon, MI)
