The North Boone Vikings (Poplar Grove, IL) basketball were winner over the visiting Big Foot Chiefs (Walworth, WI), 67-56 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Vikings now possess a 8-7 record. They play next when they travel to Rockford Christian for a Big Northern bout on Friday, January 10. North Boone will play a Royal Lions team coming off a 71-51 non-league win over Newman Central Catholic (Sterling, IL). The Royal Lions record now stands at 12-0.

With the loss, Big Foot falls to 2-8 on the campaign. The Chiefs travel to Turner (Beloit, WI) to play the Trojans in a Rock Valley - Rock bout on Friday, January 10. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 3-8. Turner lost 78-59 in their recent non-league bout against Greendale (Greendale, WI)
