The Burlington Christian Academy Royals basketball team scored 67 points and limited the host Trinity Academy Tigers to 57 in the Royals non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Royals now have a 10-8 record. They play next when they travel to Cristo Rey Research Triangle for a NCISAA Central Carolina game on Friday, January 10. Burlington Christian Academy will confront a Bulls team coming off a 52-25 league loss to Carolina Friends (Durham, NC). The Bulls record now stands at 0-7.
With the loss, Trinity Academy falls to 9-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Wake Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC) to confront the Bulldogs in a NCISAA Capital City game on Friday, January 10. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 5-13. Wake Christian Academy lost 67-50 in their recent league game against St. David's (Raleigh, NC)
