Idaho High School Basketball - Capital succumbs to Mountain View

In Tuesday's league test, the Mountain View Mavericks (Meridian, ID) basketball squad defeated the host Capital Golden Eagles (Boise, ID), by a score of 67-56.
Next, the Mavericks clash with the Kuna Kavemen (Kuna, ID) in a 6A Central Idaho test, on Friday, January 10. Mountain View will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record. The Kavemen come into the test with a 8-1 record after their 56-47 league win over Ridgevue (Nampa, ID).
The Golden Eagles (9-2) will now prepare for their test against Rocky Mountain (Meridian, ID). The Grizzlies come into the 6A Central Idaho test with a 6-5 record. In their last test, Rocky Mountain went down by Timberline (Boise, ID), 72-51, in a league test.
