The Chargers (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Hastings (Hastings, MI). The Saxons come into the non-league challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Hastings dropped by Western (Parma, MI), 61-44, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights battle the Cedar Springs Red Hawks (Cedar Springs, MI) in a River Cities challenge, on Friday, January 10. Kenowa Hills will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Red Hawks come into the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 59-50 league loss to Allendale (Allendale, MI).
