The Comets (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Rossford (Rossford, OH). The Bulldogs come into the Northern Buckeye challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last challenge, Rossford prevailed over Arcadia (Arcadia, OH), 63-62, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Wauseon Indians (Wauseon, OH) in a Northwest Ohio challenge, on Thursday, January 9. Swanton will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 65-64 non-league win over Paulding (Paulding, OH).
