The Scio Loggers (Scio, OR) basketball edged the visiting Harrisburg Eagles (Harrisburg, OR), 52-46 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Loggers now possess a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Sheridan for a 3A PacWest bout on Friday, January 10. Scio will play a Spartans team coming off a 71-63 league loss to Jefferson (Jefferson, OR). The Spartans record now stands at 3-6.
With the loss, Harrisburg falls to 7-6 on the campaign. The Eagles host Siuslaw (Florence, OR) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Friday, January 10. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 9-4. Siuslaw won 83-28 in their recent non-league bout against Toledo (Toledo, OR)
