The Bobcats (10-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Dallas County (Plantersville, AL). The Hornets come into the non-league challenge with a 9-9 record. In their last challenge, Dallas County was tipped by Alabama Christian Academy (Montgomery, AL), 70-59, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Jaguars encounter the Thomasville Tigers (Thomasville, AL) in a 3A Area 4 challenge, on Thursday, January 9. Wilcox Central will attempt to improve on its 13-7 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 5-5 record after their 49-47 non-league win over Blacksher (Uriah, AL).
