In Tuesday's league contest, the host Winnacunnet Warriors basketball team scored a big 61-38 win over the Manchester Central Little Green.
The Warriors (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Pinkerton (Derry, NH). The Astros come into the Division I contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Pinkerton was trounced by Bedford (Bedford, NH), 93-73, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Little Green battle the Merrimack Tomahawks (Merrimack, NH) in a Division I contest, on Friday, January 10. Manchester Central will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Tomahawks come into the contest with a 3-3 record after their 62-55 league win over Londonderry (Londonderry, NH).
