The McNair Eagles basketball team scored 71 points and limited the host Riverbank Bruins to 41 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Eagles now possess a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Venture Academy for a non-league game on Wednesday, January 8. McNair will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 93-19 league win over Millennium (Tracy, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-5.

With the loss, Riverbank falls to 1-15 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to Calaveras (San Andreas, CA) to confront the Red Hawks in a Mother Lode League game on Friday, January 10. The Red Hawks go into the game with a record of 9-7. Calaveras lost 67-52 in their recent non-league game against Liberty Ranch (Galt, CA)
