North Dakota High School Basketball - New Salem nips Richardton-Taylor

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting New Salem Holsteins basketball team scored a close 48-46 triumph over the Richardton-Taylor Raiders.
The Holsteins (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Flasher (Flasher, ND). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Flasher nipped Alexander (Alexander, ND), 47-41, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Raiders battle the Center-Stanton Wildcats (Center, ND) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 11. Richardton-Taylor will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record.
