Illinois High School Basketball - Saint Viator nips Niles Notre Dame

In Tuesday's league contest, the host Saint Viator Lions basketball team scored a close 52-47 triumph over the Niles Notre Dame Dons.
The Lions (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL). The Roadrunners go into the East Suburban Catholic contest with a 7-8 record. In their last contest, Nazareth Academy nipped Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL), 64-48, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Dons battle the Bulls College Prep Bulls (Chicago, IL) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 9. Niles Notre Dame will attempt to better on its 9-7 season record. The Bulls go into the contest with a 4-16 record after their 68-34 league loss to Butler (Chicago, IL).
