In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Odebolt Arthur Battle Creek Ida Grove Falcons basketball team scored a close 53-49 triumph over the South Central Calhoun Titans.
The Falcons (7-1) will now prepare for their contest against Lawton-Bronson (Lawton, IA). The Eagles go into the Western Valley - North contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Lawton-Bronson was tipped by St. Mary's (Remsen, IA), 62-34, in a non-league contest.
