In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Ontario Warriors basketball team scored a close 62-60 triumph over the Willard Crimson Flashes.

The Warriors (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against Highland (Marengo, OH). The Fighting Scots go into the Mid-Ohio - Red contest with a 6-6 record. In their last contest, Highland nipped Crestview (Ashland, OH), 54-50, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Crimson Flashes battle the Margaretta Polar Bears (Castalia, OH) in a Sandusky Bay - Bay contest, on Friday, January 10. Willard will attempt to better on its 3-7 season record. The Polar Bears go into the contest with a 11-0 record after their 70-56 non-league win over Shelby (Shelby, OH).
