The Plainfield South Cougars were victorious over the visiting Tinley Park Titans basketball squad by a final score of 67-52 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
Next, the Cougars clash with the Plainfield North Tigers (Plainfield, IL) in a SouthWest Prairie outing, on Friday, January 10. Plainfield South will attempt to upgrade on its 11-5 season record. The Tigers enter the outing with a 7-7 record after their 61-36 league win over Yorkville (Yorkville, IL).
The Titans (7-7) will now prepare for their outing against Evergreen Park (Evergreen Park, IL). The Mustangs enter the South Suburban outing with a 6-8 record. In their last outing, Evergreen Park was defeated by Phillips (Chicago, IL), 72-64, in a non-league outing.
