The South Allegheny Gladiators (McKeesport, PA) basketball crushed the visiting Seton LaSalle Rebels (Pittsburgh, PA), 72-41 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Gladiators now possess a 11-1 record. They play next when they travel to South Park for a WPIAL 3A 3 bout on Friday, January 10. South Allegheny will play a Eagles team coming off a 41-23 league win over Steel Valley (Munhall, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 7-2.

With the loss, Seton LaSalle falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Carlynton (Carnegie, PA) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 7. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 3-4.
