In Tuesday's non-league test, the Vermillion Tanagers (Vermillion, SD) basketball squad got by the host Yankton Bucks/Gazelles (Yankton, SD), by a score of 49-47.
Next, the Tanagers encounter the Baltic Bulldogs (Baltic, SD) in a non-league test, on Thursday, January 9. Vermillion will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 4-3 record after their 52-49 non-league win over Colman-Egan (Colman, SD).
