The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Red Bluff Spartans (Red Bluff, CA) and the visiting Orland Trojans (Orland, CA), observed Red Bluff's basketball team knock off Orland by a score of 42-27.
The Spartans (12-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Enterprise (Redding, CA). The Hornets come into the challenge with a 6-3 record. In their last challenge, Enterprise dropped by McKinleyville (McKinleyville, CA), 48-43, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Trojans encounter the Central Valley Falcons (Shasta Lake, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 10. Orland will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 1-9 record after their 42-36 league win over Yreka (Yreka, CA).
