The Mt. Carmel Sundevils soccer squad scored 6 points and held the visiting Mission Vista to 1 in the Sundevils non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Sundevils now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Fallbrook for a bout on Tuesday, January 14. Mt. Carmel will play a Warriors squad coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Sage Creek (Carlsbad, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Mission Vista moves to 4-4 on the campaign. The travel to Rancho Buena Vista (Vista, CA) to meet the Longhorns in a non-league test on Friday, January 10. The Longhorns come into the test with a record of 0-2. Rancho Buena Vista lost 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Mt. Carmel (San Diego, CA)
