In Tuesday's non-league test, the Advanced Tech Academy Lakers (Dearborn, MI) basketball squad trounced the visiting Taylor Griffins (Taylor, MI), by a score of 44-17.

Next, the Lakers clash with the Center Line Prep (Center Line, MI) in a Detroit Metro test, on Thursday, January 9. Advanced Tech Academy will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record.

The Griffins (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Carlson (Gibraltar, MI). The Marauders come into the Downriver test with a 6-2 record. In their last test, Carlson bounced Inter-City Baptist (Allen Park, MI), 44-20, in a non-league test.
