New York High School Basketball - Voorheesville routs Cohoes

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Voorheesville Blackbirds basketball team scored a big 78-34 win over the Cohoes Tigers.
The Blackbirds (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Ichabod Crane (Valatie, NY). The Riders come into the Section 2 Colonial contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Ichabod Crane smashed Chatham (Chatham, NY), 52-38, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Troy Flying Horses (Troy, NY) in a Section 2 Colonial contest, on Friday, January 10. Cohoes will attempt to better on its 3-7 season record. The Flying Horses come into the contest with a 4-5 record after their 59-57 league loss to La Salle Institute (Troy, NY).
